Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot accept a return or offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@frenterprises.co.uk returning the item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are not tracked.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered in certain circumstances. For example, if some items within your order arrive damaged, we may offer a partial refund for the affected items.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after it has been processed, please check your bank account first.

You may also need to contact your card provider or bank, as there can be additional processing time before a refund appears in your account.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
