Our courier service will aim to deliver your goods between the times of 8.00 AM – 6.00 PM. Please note that delivery may take an additional day during peak periods or due to high order volumes.

• All orders are securely packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We use durable packaging to protect your items in transit and ensure safe delivery.
• Our trusted delivery partners  handles all shipments through a tracked overnight courier service.
• To avoid any delays or missed deliveries, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. Alternatively, you can leave detailed instructions at checkout  for example, you may request the parcel to be left with a neighbor or in a safe place such as a porch or storage box. If no instructions are provided and no one is available to receive the order, the courier will attempt to leave it in a secure location.

We deliver across the whole of uk, and depending on where you live might incur additional surcharges. However, please note that delivery to some remote or outlying regions may not be available.
